Delivery

We endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible and will usually despatch your goods within 2-4 days of receiving your order and cleared payment.

Postage is offered to mainland UK only and will be delivered to the address provided by you when placing the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accurate.

Postage and packing costs are based on the weight band of the order. Delivery costs will show in your shopping cart and will increase as items are added. Packages weighing up to 1kg will be despatched via Royal Mail second-class postage. Packages over 1kg will be despatched via courier. 

It is estimated your order will be delivered within 3-5 days from despatch.  However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery caused by the postal service. 

Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Any delays to order processing and/or despatch of goods that are known in advance of an order being placed will be noted on the website.

Risk of loss or damage of items shall be passed to you on the date of delivery or attempted first delivery of the order.  Our liability in relation to delivery will end at this stage.
